Reasons for Choosing FLiiP: at first, because the French software was easier for my staff to understand, and after, the relationship Fliip create with you, helping you along the way, explaining and even understanding your problem, adapting and evolving is really a great reason to stay with them.

This software has changed my business
Comments: Before knowing Fliip, I was using an other software that did much less for my business. Now everything is centralized, accounting, communication, schedule management, customers, everything. I save time and I can take care of my clients even more. Fliip is the heart of my business management.
Pros:
Honestly, Fliip greatest strength is listening to us, their customers. I don't feel like a number and I have the impression that they are doing everything to help us as much as possible. The response time is immediate and I always have someone from the Fliip team who is ready to help me. Also, Fliip keeps evolving and seems like every new option is a big help for my business. I feel like the owners of fliip are reading my mind and made the best management software for me. The software is easy to use for me, my employees and my customers. I have never had any bad comments.
Cons:
I would love to write something, but whenever I needed an improvement and talked to the Fliip team about it, they worked on the changes. I wouldn't say no to a good referral system for my clients though, but I know he's working on it right now.

Reasons for Choosing FLiiP: Because of the support of the fliip team, of the help he gave me to transfer my database. In fact before I just had a calendar for my clients, now I have a complete management software for my business. Supersaas was not bad for before, but now we are on another level of management.

Reasons for Switching to FLiiP: Kind of the same answer as the last one, I felt I could count on Fliip to help me. I felt confident and had more difficulty getting responses from other companies. I have the impression that Fliip wants to help me in my success while the others were more interested in selling me their software than understanding my needs.

Using Analytics and reports for management
Cons:
Some reports are not accurate and misleading. For example, a client says INACTIVE for 10 days, but the were registered last week.

Comments: Onboarding and overall experience with Fliip has been great.
Pros:
Intuitive, ease of use, accurate analytics, and multiple payment options.

A lot of default setting show up in french

Amazing App and costumer service
Comments: Everything went smoothly from startup to actually making it available to our members. Our questions were answered efficiently. We felt as if we'd have always been part of the Fliip family.

Fliip is VERY intuitive and user friendly.

I don't think there is a major con or flaw in Fliip.
