Excellent Product for Team Engagement
Pros:
The platform has helped us in improving team collaboration and engagement. We are able to effectively roll out the mentor-mentee program using this platform. Got more visibility in terms of knowing available resources, their skill sets, and expertise. The team is able to easily find available resources, their skill sets, and expertise, and request them for mentorship/guidance. Easy to use interface, very smooth on-boarding and team could easily adapt to the platform.
Cons:
The report feature is good but there is an opportunity to make it more interactive.

Innovative four dimensional model, which allows each employee to have multiple roles to seek the help and also offer their talent/expertise to others. They can play any role any time simultaneously. User experience is good.
