> **Pros**: The card readers are tough and the battery back-up that can be utilized in a low power situation is very helpful. The daily batch reporting and additional customer-based functionality is great. The customer service team is accessible once contacted. Very simple user interface that's easy to train and run quickly once set up is complete.

> **Cons**: The programs are glitchy. The customer service team is on the East coast, so the hours are hard to match for retail locations that operate elsewhere. The Third-Party integration is difficult and requires a ton of back and forth which is tremendously time consuming.
> 
> They are building to be better and will continue to improve as they eliminate issues with their integration to other programs. Eventually them having a 24-hour helpline will alleviate the miss between other coast business customers. Once they get those issues resolved they're a top 5 contender on all fronts.
