This was literally the best platform for deep data analysis and ease, and I do my research. But all of that, and it is the team and the quick response by \[sensitive content hidden\] himself to my queries that are often random and stretching the limits...that is what won my business with this team and tool.  Thank you so much for working with a demanding and deep-diving business owner like me who requests the impossible and expects it.  You have my vote\!\!\!

> **Pros**: The \[sensitive content hidden\] themselves reached out to us and provided a free trial of their Pro version for one survey. This was a great decision and means that any further research that requires it will have us coming straight back. The software itself is solid and does the job  well.

> **Cons**: Limited survey tools and control compared to industry leaders but serves its niche well still I would say. Interface and options a bit outdated.

> Very positive especially on the CS side, hooked us in with a solid offer and great analytics output. Would recommend for any ranking related surveys.
