> **Pros**: This is the top of the line.  I like that I'm working on the same platform as the pro's.  From music to film Pro Tools has become the standard.  It's incredibly motivating to be able to use the same tools as the pros.

> **Cons**: It's robust...which means sometimes you can get lost in the features and options.  Small jobs sometimes can become time consuming because you can go down a 'rabbit-hole' when you really just need to get the job done.

It took me a while to work out how to get everything working, but now I am proficient at doing what I want to do and it gives really excellent results. You can combine Pro tools with lots of sound libraries to get some really impressive sounds in your music.
