> We have a decentralized group of group leaders and estimators using different estimating systems and software platforms. iDeal CRM has become a great platform for creating transparency and a common source of truth for bid opportunities. We are in the process of working with iDeal CRM to develop a scheduling program to assign estimators to bids/proposals based on bid complexity, shared workloads for large bids, and due dates.

Reports and Follow up notes are essential, where as sending a follow up email is very simple.

And if you run into issues, customer support is excellent, who can fix the issues right away.
