> **Pros**: I love working with George, the founder. I help other founders achieve product-market fit with their startups, and nobody is as pleasant to work with as George. On our first meeting, I actually forgot about it and missed the call, thinking that it was going to be some chatbot or some other very junior person to do the meeting. I was very surprised because it was actually George, the founder, at the meeting. I really felt bad that I missed a meeting.

> **Cons**: In the beginning, I was having some issues in terms of some discrepancy on the data, which seemed a little questionable, and I wondered about the accuracy. I relayed that feedback to George, and he fixed it. He was very responsive, and every time I had feedback for him, he turned around the solution pretty quickly.  So even though this is a response in the "Con" section, I must say that it had a positive effect on me because of his responsiveness.

Most importantly, I understand where the founder is coming from and that he is very driven to achieve product-market fit through feedback from users. This I appreciate because you don't often get that in founders. Many of them just want to sell you something. I think the development pipeline of Happierleads is going in the right direction. There will probably be some setbacks in terms of development and getting true product-market fit and accuracy, but that's normal with any startup. Eventually, I think they will figure it out and be ahead of the competition.
