> **Pros**: The look of the system. They made lots of promises about features, and those promises were good so I bought the software.

> **Cons**: Pretty much everything. The glitches are unbelievable. The customer support loves to gaslight you. Many of the e features are ghost features. They don’t give you access to your backend payment processing… this should have been the only red flag I needed, but alas. Payment plans and recurring billing doesn’t cancel and then people are charged and you need to refund, but you lose all of the processing fees. I know all companies have Their weakness, but theirs are business ending. We have lots more than 2 handfuls of members due to the billing issues. Oh, they also sold me a point of sale that doesn’t work for Canadian debits… I asked if it would work in Canada before ordering it. They lied. They can’t fix it. They haven’t refunded me for the terminal which I bought in Feb 2025.

They pretend that they are going to solve your problem, and leave it on the shelf. You can’t make this stuff up. Everytime I reached out about it I was told “2 more weeks”. Aahh\! Lol just wild, seriously. RUN\!\!\!\!\!

However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall value and innovation the software provides. As someone who is not tech savvy, they have so many FAQs and articles that assist me in understanding new features.

I have EVERYTHING that I need is one spot, instead of paying 3 different providers (software/email/app/etc) which gets overwhelming and expensive. I've had to contact customer service a few times since I'm new(ish) to Arketa, and they've quickly resolved any questions that I've encountered. I LOVE my branded app and so do my members\!

> I've been around the fitness block a few times. I've been teaching group ex classes since they were called "aerobics", and I've had my own fitness business for 19 years. I was with MindBody for 10 years and then Mariana Tek for the past 3 years. While both are well established companies, Arketa has so much more to offer\! To start, the onboarding process was top notch. \[sensitive content hidden\] was my specialist and he was amazing\! We went through everything in weekly zoom meetings, so that when it was time for my software to go "live" I was more than ready. I feel that I finally found a software that has everything my brick \&amp; mortar studio + my online business need.

> **Pros**: The customer service is EXCELLENT\! We've been with mindbody and momence before and their customer service wasn't nearly as helpful. Arketa agents are quick to reply and always follow up, making client management a breeze.

> **Cons**: The only thing that were having issues with is for some reason our time zone is wonky because we are in Arizona. We've chatted in a few times that they've been wrong and they'll fix it but it will randomly revert back and then we need to chat in again.

> Overall, we love it\! The transfer was a breeze, the user interface is super easy to understand, and our team has been able to pick up on the system quickly. Oh, and we LOVE that there is a huge red alert if clients are missing a signed liability waiver. Overall, we would recommend this software to anyone looking for a cost effective CRM that gives you tools to automate your business.

> **Pros**: Nothing at all. Everything I thought was good, was a complete sales pitch that was never close to true. Once you’re locked you will then see the reality. I received probably 100 apologies, yet they still scammed my business into the ground. Sorry doesn’t take back the $10,000 I lost in one month from their system giving out free classes, and no customer service response to halt it. It’s still happening at this moment. &#10;&#10;We are being accused of theft also bc they double charge clients for memberships, while I’m only receiving a single payment. You can see it plain and clear on their physical banks statements. &#10;&#10;So I’m then forced to refund them right away, then they now have an unlimited membership I will never be reimbursed for. And our instructors get paid 11.40/client that is then taken out of my personal pocket.

> **Cons**: Customer service takes 48 hours to respond, no clear communication, they don’t understand their own software, it has glitches in the financial processing leading to double charges, no matter how urgent the state of help needed, don’t expect them to come through. &#10;&#10;Their onboarding specialists are trained liars/sales persons. Acting as if they are an established and stable company, when they don’t have it together at all. They awarded over 200 classes for free without my knowing until the end of the month, we have lost over $5,000 on account of that alone.

> Signing on with Arketa took us from 600 clients, to 234. Lost over $1000 in memberships. Aswell as due to system errors and unknowledgeable staff, they gave out over 200 classes and 30 unlimited memberships free of charge. All within the 1st month. Costing almost 10k out of my personal pocket.&#10;&#10;With this what once was our 7 year established and stable Yoga studio, will now be forced to close next month solely because of partnering with Arketa. The 200k I invested in this studio we be 100% lost, 26 staff will loose their jobs, and our repour with the community is shattered beyond ability repair.&#10;&#10;We can’t even sell the business in time before being evicted because it’s no longer considered stable because of Arketa.&#10;&#10;Ruining my life aswell as putting a dent in the future of my children.&#10;&#10;Every single day I reached out trying to out this to a halt and was abandoned or spent 14+ hours going in circles in their stupid chat (they only communicate by chat and email, you have to make an appointment a few days out for a 10 min call.)&#10;&#10;They serve over 1,000 studios with only 20 unknowledgeable customer service reps. Horrible value for money, you pay to be stolen from. Learning curve? Is an understatement, there’s no one to teach you anything bc they don’t have an actual AI bot and don’t even know the software themselves.&#10; Email and messaging? Hope you like taking 4 days of multiple hours on chat and email never getting an answer. Or think they gave you a solution, and they actually created another problem. There is no security in their financial processing or their business in general. Within one month they have driven my business and family into the ground.&#10;&#10;Save yourselves, Don’t sign their contract.
