> **Pros**: Puredi has been most successful in our billing process.  Automized statements, Final demand notice, numerous report options.  I love how customizable the schedule is.  Many different icons to choose from, as well as colors.

> **Cons**: Integration of new features usually tend to just create more problems.  We experience outtages frequently (once a month at least)
