Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right. That level of support is rare and it is the main reason we would recommend them. On the product side, it does the things Shopify itself will not do, and it does them without needing a developer. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all handled in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements that we did not expect an off-the-shelf app to manage. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper marketplace, Shipturtle does the things Shopify itself will not do. The product is strong, the whole team has been extremely helpful, and the support behind it is the reason we would recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended. The platform has allowed us to scale vendor and product management in a way that simply isn’t possible with Shopify alone. Giving vendors the ability to manage and update their own catalogs—while still keeping central control—has saved us a significant amount of time and reduced back‑and‑forth. Support has been responsive whenever we’ve needed help, and although the UI still has room to become more intuitive, we’ve consistently noticed improvements with each update, which shows they’re actively evolving the product. We don’t use the shipping, payouts, or order‑routing modules, but for marketplace operations focused on catalogs, vendors, and permissions, Shipturtle has been a strong and reliable solution.
