> **Pros**: Einrichtung und Verbindung mit Servicenehmer ist sehr einfach und unabhängig vom verwendeten Mobiltelefon. Somit lässt sich das System international anwenden, die Führung mit einem Punkt ist völlig ausreichend.
> 
> **Cons**: Da das System bei uns von mehreren Nutzern über eine Current-License genutzt wird sollte die Kontakt-Datenbank besser und übersichtlicher aufgebaut sein. Anbindung an ERP-System wäre wünschenswert.
> 
> Komplexe Service-Diagnose wird wesentlich vereinfacht da man sieht was vor Ort passiert.
