Recently, there were posting limits implemented for Twitter (x). This happened AFTER I paid for a year long subscription. While I understand they're working on a work around for this issue, I asked about a credit to my account since I am not fully getting the service I paid for. I have gotten NO response. I had gotten a single initial response about they're looking to resolve the Twitter issue and nothing further. I've sent follow up messages with nothing. I opened a new issue in the event the other one maybe got burried. I went to check the status and it was CLOSED with NO response to the new ticket or the original one. This is horrible customer service, especially to someone who is PAYING for a service and paid with the expectation of not having such limits in place. If anyone has a suggestion for a better company I'm willing to take my business elsewhere after this.
