> **Pros**: I loved how I was able to achieve what I wanted to do with meeting invites. The ability to add the list of invitees to the invite so that the main person could just select the time and automatically add everyone to the meeting was amazing. It also added the meeting to everyone's calendar. It integrated with Zoom, and Google Meets.

> **Cons**: I did not like how clunky the tool felt. The UI was not the most user friendly, however once you got the swing of things, it worked out well.

> I wish it did not go away because it was a free tool that gave me and my team exactly what we wanted and needed out of the tool.

> **Pros**: The user interface was especially helpful when using Meetingbird. We were scheduling upwards of 1500 different appointments for parent teacher conferences. Having the opportunity to manage it all centrally was also particularly important, as it gave us the chance to set it up for each of our teachers and take hte guesswork out of their hands.

> **Cons**: It is now sold to a different company and no longer available. Also difficult to replicate the same meeting over and over again.
> 
> We had a really good experience with Meetingbird. It was the perfect tool at the perfect time as we were preparing for virtual parent teacher conferences.
