> **Pros**: I loved the layout of the app and the way that the activities were posted like a social media posting. Families are able to comment and 'like' a post which is great for parent engagement.

> **Cons**: I did not like the ads that popped up. Paying the fee for the classrooms to be ad free seemed steep.

> We liked the app for the simplicity and the ability to create events for parents to sign up electronically. The layout in the classrooms is also very user friendly and encourages engagement.

> Class tag seemed really good at first. I switched from ClassDojo thinking it would be a better experience and be more professional and easier. It ended up being more confusing and irritating to use. I would definitely recommend not using it for elementary school and I said using something like ClassDojo or remind.

> **Cons**: Support is non-existent, sync process STILL not working after 2 years. Import process spotty. The only school that could use classtag is one with 100 or less students that can be managed manually and is more concerned with cuteness than performance.

> From day 1 I've had problems communicating with ClassTag. \[sensitive content hidden\], my support contact, was condescending and dismissive. The response time was less than impressive. The guy they brought on, \[sensitive content hidden\], to help with sync process spent more time telling me how much he knew than actually doing anything. Over a year in and nothing has changed.

I also like the ability to have a wishlist for items for the classroom and the option to earn things with points for just using the app\!
