> **Cons**: The only challenge is that when a customer name is put in the request for review, the older version, very positively used to save, the customer name in such a fashion that if you wanted to send a request for review again due to a secondary contact point of that customer, being a secondary email or secondary cell, it would auto-populate which would save on time investment for the manual request for review. Currently that is no longer saved/auto populated.

Customization of messaging is simple to do. The dashboard is effective for getting a snapshot of current state of your reviews and requests. There are tutorials and a search functionality for help files if you need it. TrueReview's verified email domain for sending our email requests is a plus to ensure good deliverability.

> We are using True Reviews to collect reviews from our B2C clients. Our previous third-party solution was delivering declining responses and was limited. I found it very easy to get GTM's brand set-up and our first requests sent out. The scheduling feature for sending batch requests is a great feature.
