> **Pros**: This platform is very user friendly, easy to learn, and allows us to run reports quickly. The also have add ons like IPAC, Skin and Wound and eMAR and there is always someone available to reach out to if you have any questions.

> **Cons**: Sometimes if you need IT help, it is sometimes difficult co ordinating schedules, but they are very helpful. I prefer telephone assistance versus email.

> It has been easy to work with and understand, there is also education platforms to allow staff to independently, at their own pace learn how to use it.

> **Pros**: While we are still in the implementation phase of PointClickCare, I already have so many wonderful things to say. The support and commitment that the PCC project team have provided to our own project team as we implement the solution has been second to none\! In addition to the support we've received to build the solution to our specifications, the training support provided is very well thought out. As for the solution itself, PCC is going to change the quality of care delivered to long-term care residents on Prince Edward Island through very thorough and in-depth care planning. As a nurse, to say I'm excited about this is the understatement of the year\!

> **Cons**: I can't say I've found anything I've been unhappy with, thus far. I suppose the biggest disappointment during our implementation is the struggle we're having related to the interRAI assessment, i.e. the interconnectivity with CIHI.

> **Pros**: I have found the PCC to be very user friendly and, as long as you enter data correctly, it informs you of deadlines coming up .

> **Cons**: When processing Triple Checks Monthly, you have to go back and forth unnecessarily to complete each task.

> I have found Point Click Care to be more in line with our facility as opposed to AHT.  Month End Closing process runs smoothly as well.
