We find the existing UI cumbersome and difficult to manage permissions and capture the data we need for reporting. We're awaiting an upgrade to v6 to see if that helps. There've been delays on both sides, but now we can't get a commit from Dock365 on when the upgrade will be completed. Since being acquired by Aries, we've noticed a significant drop in support and responsiveness from the Dock365 team. > > The decline in customer focus and service is concerning.
