One of the standout features of the WMS project was the attention to detail that the team showed throughout the entire development process. From the planning and design stages to the implementation and testing phases, every aspect of the project was carefully considered and meticulously executed. This level of care and attention ensured that the final product was of the highest quality and met all of the requirements of the client.

Cons:

I thoroughly enjoyed working on the Think Isle WMS project and I do not have any specific concerns or criticisms. The team did an excellent job, and I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Great software that has made my job way more efficient

Pros:

I liked that they made for a customised software for us catering to our needs.

Cons:

The communication gap. Since the team is in a different time zone, we sometimes struggled to communicate well due to time difference.

Great team to work with

Pros:

The team is always open to make changes as per our requirements

Cons:

Sometimes the changes take long to get implemented and tested.

Great product and support

Pros:

It is a versatile product and very easy to learn and train others. The implementation completes in a week and the team is quick to respond to any queries and any support concerns/questions.

Cons:

It needs an in-built ticketing system. The Think Aisle support mentioned that they are already working on it and should be available in a few weeks.

Best Inventory Management software for small to medium sized businesses

Pros:

The software integrated so seamlessly with our current operations and in fact made the workings more effficient. The team is extremely helpful and adjusting. By far the best decision I’ve made for my operations team.

Cons:

There are no cons as such really. One thing I had a little trouble with was the time difference but the team is so adjusting and were willing to speak at odd hours for them too in case of emergencies
