> **Pros**: Integrated payroll and invoicing meant huge improvements in the processes were using previously. The system is very reliable and is unlikely to have outages, issues.

> **Cons**: Lack of customisation within the software has meant that we have had to create a few work arounds in order to get the system operating in line with company processes
> 
> Good reliable product with time-saving features and simple setup and integration
