> **Pros**: We were previously using Cloud Commerce Pro, after years of false promises, countless bugs causing major disruption to our business and price increases we decided to leave after discovering Despatch Cloud. We were assigned a helpful customer onboarding supervisor who guided us through the entire process. Obviously there was a large input from us at this stage but DC also put in a lot of work to help get us up and running asap. There was no upfront cost for all this leg work on Despatch Clouds part unlike many other companies. The system itself is excellent. The first huge improvement we noticed was the speed of the system itself, the load speed is around 10 x faster than what we were experiencing with CCP. The system is completely customisable so you can adapt it to your internal process, in effect creating various folders containing orders set of your own bespoke rules. The ongoing support is excellent, when a rare issue crops up, customer support genuinely want to help solve the issue and generally solved quickly with disruption kept to an absolute minimum. The pricing is reasonable, the customer service is great, the software itself is fantastic. Despatch cloud is without doubt the best solution for us, I’ve got no doubt we’ll be happy customers for many years to come. Thank you Despatch Cloud.

> **Pros**: We have had a really easy time getting custom work finished, and with the public API, it makes it super easy to do custom functions. Recently, we needed a new courier integration, and I worked closely with \[sensitive content hidden\]
 to get it completed. It was all completely pain-free to work with the team at DC.

> **Cons**: There are a few limitations with the system from our perspective, but as we are not a traditional warehouse, this was bound to happen. We have managed to find workarounds for these issues by using the public API, and we are using the base functionality to its strengths.
