> **Cons**: The overall look and feel is 20 years old. It's cumbersome and a lot of the automations dont automate, data goes missing. We've actually gone backwards but using sheets to track stuff because it takes so long in Senta.

> **Cons**: I took on the software for practice management software but unfortunately I wasn't able to get the system up and running for my business. The support was lacking and I struggled to get any help or anyone to answer any questions i had. It took me about 4 months to get someone to listen to me and by then I cancelled the contract.

> Not great. After being very apprehensive about taking on new software, I took Senta on as it was highly recommended. I am hoping that my experience was not the norm and I am happy that Senta staff did eventually took notice of my concerns and helped me to cancel the contract.
