> **Pros**: As an end user, pulling reports for our location is straightforward and easy to do. I also like the ability to schedule reports and filter them to make them easy to understand.

> **Cons**: The filters were a bit confusing when compared to other reporting/data management software I have used, however I believe my Org admins have the ability to adjust those filters.

> I am an end user in the field for the DataNow software. I have found that it was simple and easy to pick up and learn. The filtering for reports took a couple tries to master, but I believe my organizations administrators could make internal adjustments to those settings as I am told the software is pretty powerful and customizable.
