> **Pros**: Quick to implement solution. I was impressed that their onboarding was clear and easy to understand. I also appreciated the fact that in my case, they offered a better deal for actually completing the training. The features and ways of working are a little difficult to piece together but once you get the hang of it, easy to deploy.

> **Cons**: The web interface is slightly dated and for many of my "basic" customers, they have a difficult time navigating the site.

> **Pros**: I have used the software for approximately five(5) years and find is easy to work with and rich with features. I  have also experienced a number of upgrades over the years that have continuously improved the product for the good.

> **Cons**: Not much to list here. If anything, I wish their reporting was a little more robust but getting information has improved dramatically from the dashboard.

> I am very pleased with my experience with SkySwitch. About the only thing I wish for is phone access to a engineer that I can talk to from time-to-time without going through a trouble ticket, but that is a minor thing.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the innovation and new releases of the platform move slowly due to the number of resellers and 3rd party integrated services that have to be tested prior to release.

> As a SkySwitch partner reseller for almost five years now, I can say without a doubt, that partnering with SkySwitch was one of the best business decisions we have made.  I have been in the Interconnect business since 1998 and the transition from Legacy on-premise PBX systems to a full UCaaS provider would not have been as smooth and successful without SkySwitch.
