At one point they tried several times to convince me to upgrade to their higher end tier with the CRM add ons which I very much didn't want. I was assured that I'd be grandfathered in at my current plan \& rate before they then forced all users to upgrade with a 50% price increase. After scrambling to find a replacement \& working to rebuild parts of my website, I finally requested to cancel. They then charged me an extra month afterwards stating they require a 30 day notice to cancel which is conveniently not visible on the account dashboard where they give cancellation info. Go with any other any other company.
