Pros:
1. Its on MS SharePoint Platform, hence can utilize native integration with Office suite. 2. Perfect solutions for Correspondence Management. 3. Versatility, can be used for various document approval automation. We used EverTeam for invoice certification with many approvals and integration with Oracle EBS. 4. Easy of use. Not complicated and users can adapt with minimum training.

1. Digital signature feature needs improvements. 2.Mobile Apps requires improvements
