I also like that when I upgrade to a new Apple product, I can just sign back into my iCloud and have everything set up easily\! > > **Cons**: When my iCloud was full it deleted my items (files from my work computer as well as photos from my personal phone) without notifying me that this was going to happen. When I called Apple support, they let me know my items were gone and there was no way to retrieve them. They do not notify you when items will be deleted, only when your iCloud storage is full. When I needed to upgrade my iCloud storage, I found there was no in-between option. I wish there were more scaled options or you could create your own package of what amount of storage you'd like to purchase. It's expensive to be paying $14 with taxes every month for extra storage however, I had no choice but to upgrade so my devices would function properly. With low storage space, they were glitching. > > I appreciate that iCloud allows me to easily access my files across devices and allows extra storage without needing to upgrade to a new device. The support agents are always friendly and do their best to help when I contact Apple.
