We had about 17k products to integrate and we were sold on the fact that it could be done quickly and accurately. This was not the case, most of our store owned items are not correct in that they are trying to "pay" 50%... This makes the sales reports inaccurate. I am writing a local program to download all of the inventory each week so that I can get an accurate financial report. It has taken 2 months to get our data uploaded and fixed... I still have 3 pages of customer information to correct that did not get transferred correctly. We were also sold on the idea that our consignors could easily get paid via PayPal on demand. As it turns out, we need to issue "gift cards" to our consignors for them to collect their earnings via PayPal.
