How its specificly designed for IT Service management

Cons:

The missing knowledge base is disapointing but hopefully be on the roadmap very soon

The best all-in-one solution for IT service desks!

Comments: The product is very good and complete. Although it is a bit expensive, it is worth its money. The customer support is fast and the implementation went perfect because of the willing employees of Inserve.

Pros:

The software is very complete! It's basically more than a ticketing system. It provides all a service desk needs. We like the way is is customizable to our needs. Also the Customer Support of Inserve is perfect. They listen to our wishes and really helped us with a seamlessly switch from our former ticketing system. The integrations with other products are also very good.

Cons:

The full overview for an agent can be a bit better. It took some time for us to get used to this new overview. We provided inserve with some Ideas on how to get this better and more complete.

Best ticket system ever

Comments: We absolutely love this product. After trying several ticket systems we are so happy to have found Inserve. Finally a product that works as we expected with a reasonable price tag.

Pros:

This product is easy to use and easy to customize. Their support is the best you can get. We also love the user interface.

Cons:

There are some customization options missing. But the good thing is that Inserve has a good feature request.

PSA Oplossing met uitmuntende ondersteuning

Comments: Onze ervaring met Inserve is zeer positief. De PSA-oplossing heeft onze operationele efficiëntie verbeterd dankzij de sterke integratie met Exact Online en de gebruiksvriendelijke interface. Het stelt ons in staat om onze workflows effectief te beheren en te stroomlijnen.

Pros:

Inserve heeft zich bewezen als een krachtige PSA-oplossing, vooral dankzij de naadloze integratie met Exact Online. Daarnaast ben ik zeer tevreden over de snelle, persoonlijke en reactieve support van Inserve. Hun klantenservice reageert snel op vragen en biedt effectieve oplossingen, wat een enorm pluspunt is in een drukke bedrijfsomgeving.

Cons:

Hoewel Inserve uitstekend presteert op het gebied van integratie en ondersteuning, waren de mogelijkheden voor projectmanagement in eerste instantie beperkt. Dit kan een uitdaging zijn voor bedrijven die complexe projectmanagementbehoeften hebben. De PM module is intussen wel geëvolueerd en voldoet aan onze eisen.

Comments: Als zeer prettig! Ook vanuit het oogpunt van portaal gebruikers en de mogelijkheid om mail te importeren. Dit versnelt en vergemakkelijkt het werk van een Servicedesk medewerker in zeer positieve zin.

Pros:

Het gemak waarmee het pakket geïmplementeerd kan worden, en met het in gebruik nemen zijn enorme voordelen. Daarnaast zit er een zeer snelle support desk die vlot reageert met altijd een oplossing of advies.

Cons:

Tot op heden niet gevonden, ook de feedback vanuit de testgroep geen negatieve geluiden, louter positief.
