Not mentioning the amazing customer service would be a travesty. From the call-center service staff to our CSM and migration team, we have experienced incredibly pleasant and helpful people ready to assist. > > **Cons**: Occasionally, the system will run slowly, which of course impacts our entire company’s productivity. Like email templates don't populate as they should when I am doing renewal reminders... I have to back all the way out of the Renewal tab and then pull up the resident I want to email and THEN email them from their profile, select templated and then the template I wanted will show. So you have to do a lot of back and forth and a lot of "digging" to do a simple task like an email. Also the tect in reports in entrant and so small... even at setting 5. > > There is more positive than negative. Overall...
