> **Pros**: I like the workflow from prospect interaction to post move-in activity. Once you get familiar with the dashboard, the prompts and reminders lighten the workload as well as all the automations. Entrata also offers mini products such as renters insurance and energy benchmarking allowing us to work out of the same software 98% of the time. Not mentioning the amazing customer service would be a travesty. From the call-center service staff to our CSM and migration team, we have experienced incredibly pleasant and helpful people ready to assist.

> **Cons**: Occasionally, the system will run slowly, which of course impacts our entire company’s productivity. There have been a few glitches with two factor authentication in the past, but nothing recently.

> We thoroughly enjoy our partnership with Entrata. I would not recommend another software for Multifamily housing management.

> **Pros**: Full visability on all tasks, from Prospects to residents and renewals. It's user friendly to navigate once you understand how it works. Easy to pull dates and track data.  Customers questions and concerns are all logged in the profile making for easy tracking

> **Cons**: Right now all departments are working out of one " contact needed " we are finding it challenging and wishing there was a way to separate the contacts needed by department ( Leasing, Tenant Relations and Maintenance )

> So far the experience has been rocky, but working through all the processes and finding who has authorization for which  , and utilizing the text enjoinment to test out theories

> **Pros**: When running reports some details can get very easily. When doing bank reconciliations can see the details of AP \&amp; AR is perfect.

> **Cons**: Some reports its so complicated how to download. Even to add things to reports so complicated. &#10;Bank rec's its so easy to click another transaction when checking and balancing . Can't  downland with the clicked transactions to check. So difficult to check when there is a difference.

> **Pros**: Overall the ease of use for Entrata is what I like most. When I first started, it didn't take long for me to get the hang of how Entrata works. The way everything is organized in the system as well is great and very user-friendly. The Entrata Help Center is very helpful, between the articles they have and customer support team they have.

> **Cons**: The part I like the least about Entrata is that when you're uploading documents or pictures, you can usually only upload one at a time. If it's just one or two documents, that's not too bad, but sometimes I'm uploading four or more items, and it slows me down when I'm trying to get my work done. There's also some times that Entrata is extremely slow, and it takes a long time for it to load a new page or load a document you're trying to look at or generate.

> Overall, my experience with Entrata has been a positive one. It's easy to use and is user-friendly. Even with the few things that I wish could change, it's been great as a whole.

> **Pros**: This is the most customizable property management software we have seen.  Instead of just providing a platform, they truly provide a partnership and listen to what clients have to say.  It's intuitive and user-friendly, and their dashboard makes it easy to manage tasks for each department.  Our team had their to-do list and their goal is to clear it every day.  Residents have given great feedback - from being able to pay rent online, to opening work orders, signing lease documents, and seeing their files.  It provides transparency that it is so important for this industry.

> **Cons**: The only downside is paying for different products.  With each added product, it's an added cost, which makes it difficult to sell it to owners.

> I've been a client of Entrata's since I started in this industry in 2010 - going on 16 years, and I have nothing but great things to say.  I have seen so many changes, and all positive, with growth in mind.
