> **Pros**: the fact that it is on cloud and not having to do repeated entries  also having powerful reporting has helped a lot being able to see everything that is happening across departments and across all branches etc.

> **Cons**: it was a bit difficult in the starting but just the start things started to get smoother and now its completely smooth and easy to use.but someone new might still struggle in the beginning

Can be used on a mobile phone while on the road or on travel to do minor work, such as checking sales and seeing stocks..etc

Ease of access on any platform such as windows / ios / linux / android / mac.

Being cloud based giving a me a relax of mind of not needing to setup a software on a computer.

Easy report generating

Can not customize reports when ever you want, but that can be supported and done by the company it self.
 
Users access privileges very hard to set or modify, can not be done.

> it's a great experience and we are still using their service, and they keep developing our new features and making our work life easier.

it has an all in one solution ( Ecom/POS/Accounting/warehousing/purchasing....etc) under one ERP   no need to link or do anything at all

The Support is great and fast  and it's not slow, especially if it will effect our sales an immediate response is there to fix any raising issue wither day or night.
