Overall, it improves productivity and communication. Centralized tracking of maintenance and equipment problems. Simple scheduling and assignment for technicians. Repairs are initiated with real-time updates and in-task communication. Ability to attach images and notes for convenient documentation of problems. Increased efficiency, efficiency and respond time overall performance will be improved.

> Our operational team is using Coast to better manage work orders, equipment issues, and technician schedules. Before Coast, we had requests through email and phone, or sometimes paper logs, which resulted in next day - and sometimes several days - for repairs.
