> **Pros**: Der Einführungsprozess verlief problemlos. Die App ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Man braucht kein IT-Fachwissen um alles einzurichten. Was mir auch gut gefällt ist, dass die App und deren Funktionen ständig weiterentwickelt werden. Wenn doch mal Probleme oder Fragen auftreten, ist das Support-Team von Lolyo stets bereit und antwortet schnell und zielführend.

> **Cons**: Was ich mir noch wünschen würde: Eine bessere Übersicht bei den Dokumenten ("Bibliothek"), gerade wenn man viele Dokumente hat, wird es schnell unübersichtlich.Bei den Beiträgen fehlt mir oft die Funktion, dass ich auf Kommentare direkt antworten kann. Das ist derzeit noch nicht möglich.

> **Cons**: Störend finde ich, dass es einige Features nicht gibt wie z.B. einen Betriebskalender. Viele Funktionen sind noch nicht ausgereift und erschweren die täglichen Prozesse.

> **Cons**: - prinzipiell ist mit dieser App alles möglich: Gerade am Anfang ist dies aber auch für den Administrator etwas überfordernd, da man schon alles alleine einspielen muss (Kundensupport hilft aber auch Nachfrage)

> Super App, die die Kommunikation innerhalb der Belegschaft vereinfacht\! Kommt bei jedem Mitarbeiter gut an, mittlerweile sind fast 90% der Belegschaft angemeldet und nutzen die App regelmäßig. Hat der Personalabteilung bislang schon viel Arbeit abgenommen und vereinfacht viele Prozesse.
