Comments:
Zeevou allows us to manage all important aspects of our online business via the major OTAs that we use. The bookings flow through to us, are flagged by emails that we can configure and the automated and customisable workflows take care of most of the requirements we have in day to day management of bookings, calendars, payments, security deposits, terms and conditions and ID verification and then guest contact and management. If something is wrong or missing, the development team and product owner/designers are easily contactable via a ticket system and are very responsive and helpful in both resolving issues and taking on board suggestions for development.
A great product with a very forward thinking design and management team. Most importantly, they have real world experience of running their own serviced apartment and hospitality business on a large scale, so they know first hand what is needed to help up manage our business effectively.
Thoroughly recommended.
Pros:
Xero integration, automated security deposits, Signable integration, willingness to consider development suggestions, allocation of our own dedicated account manager to assist us with requirements and configurations.
Cons:
Some user interface issues at different times, but these have been speedily resolved by the great support team and good timely responses. Mobile view could be improved or an App developed.

Not reliable - future improvements needed!
Comments: Too frustrating as there were always issues/bugs appearing. So I spent lots of time raising tickets with the team reporting these bugs. The team was always very responsive and some bugs got fixed, some got recorder as a future feature, but during the 4 months I used the app, I had different issues coming up, which resulted in me double checking everything with the OTAs, making sure messages got sent etc.
Pros:
The app has some good basic features. Customer support, responsive, quick and helpful. The team seems to take feedback for improvements on board and try to implement changes accordingly.
Cons:
There are many bugs with the app especially. It was very inconsistent, sometimes I never received any notifications of a new booking or messages. Sometimes scheduled messages did not send, which meant my guest did not receive their access PIN code on time. The functionality also lacks - the calendar view is not user friendly. - Cannot edit/delete a note. - No notifications for messages of past guests - No metrics (revenue, occupancy) with the Glow membership - Cannot set custom length filter for metrics - Not possible to disable scheduled messages via the app - Scheduled messages not easily edited/disabled for individual guests via browser - Possible to bock a date but not able to unblock it via the app

The points you mentioned about calendar views are on our roadmap and we are working on offering performance reporting as an add-on to Glow users. Finance task
Pros:
Zeevou is an excellent booking software that meets all that is needed for financial purposes. We can run numerous reports, send payment links, invoices, etc all with just a click away button. Easy to manage occupancy calendar, drop and drag option with the purpose of maximization of bookings.
Cons:
New features are needed - eg to blacklist chargeback guests.

Thanks for your excellent review! Blacklisting guests is a feature that is on the roadmap for future development. For the time being, you can unverify a guest and add a note to their profile to make a note of a blacklisted guest.
Incredible platform
Comments: The people at Zeevou have created an incredible platform which helps hosts automatize and systemise their business. The best thing about it is that they are constantly working on improving it and actually listening to their users regarding suggestions and feedback.Well done everyone! A huge thanks to Soleil! Who grabbed me by my hand and walked me through the process. Such a kind and patient person, always willing to jump on a call when I need any kind of support.
