It is intuitive (like my Mac's) and is a great fit for our small business. \[sensitive content hidden\]  helped me today and was online within seconds and had my change done within 60 seconds. I love they are available online and they actually seem to know what they are doing and how to help. Also, big feature is that they have a SPAM blocker built in and they have multiple payment methods available for our Affiliates.

The team gave clear answers about how to configure affiliate coupons, when to use Shopify Discounts, and how to structure commissions for new customers only. The app also gives us a practical way to manage affiliate programs, coupon codes, referrals, and approvals.

> **Cons**: There is a learning curve around which settings are controlled in UpPromote and which are controlled in Shopify. Moving affiliates between programs can also require manual attention because coupon codes do not automatically switch in every case.
