> **Pros**: Initially it worked well to provide dictation

> **Cons**: For the past several months the program became glitchy.  It often would suddenly start erasing and reinserting dictated text, include prior dictated notes and insert them at the cursor location. This would tie up my cursor until it completed its back and forth process , often taking 30 -60 secs.  Even closing the program would not stop its activity at the cursor location.l  The accuracy of the dictation also dropped.   It looks like they may be reconfiguring the services they offer as the plan I was on was no longer offered on there web site.  Good while is lasted I guess. I have stopped using Suki last week.
