> **Pros**: I just purchased a few months ago, so it's very fresh and I'm in the infant stages. Onboarding is really easy. There are 1-1 orientations, tools, and folks to help you along the way.  The program itself is very user friendly.

> **Cons**: So far, I'm new to it and haven't really found anything to be an issue. Little kinks here and there come up, but the AI help or the staff themselves have helped me through it all.
> 
> It's been great\!  I really am happy with the user ease and the customer service.  The company is really responsive and can modify things a lot of things for you when possible. It has saved me a lot of work already and I can tell the more we utilize it the more time it will save. My Board has given me good feedback and seems to be adjusting well (and I have a board of 30\!).  

I also like that Easy Board is always taking input and improving the platform as they go.

> **Pros**: It’s not challenging to use and it does provide a place for all of the board documents and institutional organization materials to be set up in place and we can access them from the portal.

> **Cons**: The system is easy enough to use, but as the admin it would be nice to be able to change the email of a board member with having to contact the vendor. I’d also love to be able to keep a directory of former board members without having to expand my license as those people are no longer active, but being able to have that historical documentation would be useful. For many of my users I feel like it’s yet another portal they’re asked to use for infrequent purposes.

> I really only use it when I have a board meeting and I’m prepping for it. Otherwise it’s a useful tool but not one that I use regularly.
