> **Pros**: Utilizamos EVAA para medir el servicio y la atención al cliente en nuestras sucursales y es bastante sencillo implementarlo y operarlo. Las alertas me ayudan a estar al tanto de lo que sucede en el día a día en las sucursales. Tenemos 3 sucursales y nos funciona muy bien.

> **Cons**: Quizas le falta un reporte mucho más profundo de la información, pero esto lo hago una vez que extraigo la información y obtengo toda la info que requiero. Pero sería genial tener un reporte mucho más profundo de entrada.

> Muy buena experiencia, en general me ayudan cuando lo requiero y son muy atentos y responden rápido.
