> **Pros**: It's an effective way to send requests for reviews. It just connects to QBO with a couple clicks, and my customers automatically get a customized email. I've had nothing but positive experiences so far.

> **Cons**: Nothing specific. I hope they consider adding options for customers who don't have a Google account, but this hasn't really been an issue.
