Surprised! 😲

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: Helping meeting to stay on track and professional is really amazing!

Pros:

The Agenda and the time-clock while a meeting is in prigrsss is one of the first features to catch my eye! How amazing is that?? Thus allows you to run a truly professional meeting where you stay on top of things and keep to time! This can really revolutionize meetings! Having a central hub also for users to go back and review past recordings is another notable feature that caught my eye. Digging further, I came across the ability to group your attendees into groups which can help create your own hub! This is incredible!

Cons:

Nothing! It is so intuitive that you can practically dive in and put it to use immediately! Well done to the team! 👏🏽

Best All-In-One Church Software

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: We have loved nucleus from the very beginning. Installing the launcher on our website as a central hub allows people to sign up, give, and stay up to date with all with one login for church admins, and attendees as well!

Pros:

I love the low rate on donation fees. It's the lowest you'll find anywhere. When you consider everything it includes, Nucleus offers CHMS, email, stock footage, social posts, giving, event registration, website builder and a sermon engine all for $199 month.

Cons:

They lack third party integration with a lot of major church softwares. You have to manually export CSV files in order to migrate people or update information. They also deposit online giving once or twice a day, which makes reconciliation a bit tedious.

Amazing church software created by church people for church people

5.0 last year

Comments: I have loved Nucleus from the very start and my love for it continues to grow as well. The Nucleus team offers very quick support and is always very helpful. They also make products that are very easy for volunteers to use and do not require a steep learning curve.

Pros:

I personally value the theology and philosophy that Nucleus incorporates into their products. They have concrete reasons why they develop certain features and give church leaders the ability the tools to do carry out their responsibilities simply and effectively.

Cons:

Since Nucleus is so simple and effective for church purposes, it would be amazing if they were able to incorporate other aspects of Church Management Software.

Nucleus is a no-brainer for small to mid sized churches.

5.0 last year

Comments: Phenomenal. Top notch customer service. Incredible team. [sensitive content hidden] is a visionary and we leave a long lasting mark on the Kingdom.

Pros:

The ease of use. I can train several volunteers to run Nucleus because they have simplified it for the church. Their platform is driven by the mission to be invitational instead of just inspirational.

Cons:

I wish I didn't have to use other platforms to manage my people or schedule services (planning center) but it makes sense because I've been able to condense my web platform to stay with Nucleus. I used to use squarespace so that at least helped me consolidate that aspect of our platforms.

You owe yourself the administrative relief that Nucleus provides.

5.0 last year

Comments: Fantastic.

Pros:

Cutting edge, user-first experience (for both church members and staff/volunteers). Saves time. Saves money. It just works.

Cons:

Would love to see Nucleus play better with other ChMS providers (two-way sync is a big need).

THE BEST all-in-one suite of website, social media, donation management products (+ beyond) around!

5.0 last year

Comments: Again, clean, sleek, easy to use. And the team is top notch — helping my church any and every way they possibly could. I am very grateful for products and companies like Nucleus. You cannot go wrong with using Nucleus.

Pros:

Nucleus is hands down the best all-in-one suite of website, social media, donation management (+ beyond) around! I personally didn’t utilize the donation management side of things in my last church, but if we hadn’t already been so deeply rooted in utilizing Planning Center products, I would’ve had us make that switch in a flash. Clean, sleek, incredibly easy to use.

Cons:

I honestly cannot say I disliked anything during my period of use within my last ministry. My only “regret” is having to stop using it.

Nucleus has changed our church.

5.0 last year

Comments: Was the best thing we've done for our church.

Pros:

I could rant and rave about every feature that has enabled significant growth in the last two years, but I'll say this instead: Nucleus saved us so much money, we hired another full time pastor. A 110-person church has two full-time pastors, all because Nucleus enabled our church and community to take more next steps and save on giving fees.

Cons:

Nucleus is meant for the small church to thrive- if you manage the website and communication for a large church ministry, you may be disappointed in the lack of customization across Nucleus products. But that's because Nucleus puts wise guardrails up for users who are running small ministries and need time saved or to make it easy for volunteers to manage the website and management stuff.

The Gold Standard for Digital Church Strategy

5.0 last year

Pros:

First is their philosophy. Everything they do is based on research and accurate data. They pivot when the data changes and they communicate the “why” with excellence. This makes for excellent customer service. I have never worked with a better team of people. Every company band organization is going to have an issue arise. Nucleus also goes above and beyond to resolve any issues we’ve had. And believe me, they have been minor and minimal. Finally, the product. There is nothing quite like Nucleus and no digital church company more generous. While they make a product and run a business, it is kingdom first, always.

Cons:

The cost can be a bit of a stretch for us as a church of 60 people but their generosity and scholarship have made it possible. Getting in in their early pricing has also made the goal more accessible.

Comments: It has simple and easy flows for guest to work through and if easy to navigate. I believe this is incredible important to keep people coming back to us our website over and over again.

Pros:

Nucleus was easy to integrate and use for our team of volunteers. This is so important for us being a small church. I would highly recommend this to any church both small or large.

Cons:

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about nucleus. It is a great platform!

Running w/ a TEAM that is ahead of the curve in the ever changing Social World was the Game Changer!

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: The problem we faced as a company was we kept telling people to visit us, come to us. Nucleus helped us easily ENGAGE with our customers/people/friends & really do what social platforms are intended for us to be SOCIAL.

Pros:

What I like MOST about this software is that it's Mobile first. The company realizes that every user is going to experience its desired destination on their mobile device first. You can see it in every decision Nucleus makes with their services. So not only do they have us in mind as the customer but they also have our target audience in mind as well. That says a lot about Nucleus.

Cons:

What I like LEAST about this software. I was going to say cost at first but with all the services they keep adding on they cleared up the Cons list. Seriously.

Nucleus is great for churches and easy for small churches

5.0 last year

Comments: Customer service has been 100%!

Pros:

I like the ease of use that has always been a part of Nucleus. Transitioning to 2.0, I decided to take advantage of the Nucleus Universe. After answering some basic questions and uploading some images from our church, the Nucleus team is setting up all the rest. I think it’s a great value for a small/medium church.

Cons:

Nucleus is a great all around product. The only con has been waiting for Nuc 2.

The best church platform on the market

5.0 last year

Comments: Using Nucleus has been a great and educational experience. The Nucleus team have been amazing with assisting in setting up our church site and it never feels like anything is too complicated to understand.

Pros:

Easy to navigate and manage. The layouts and design look great on all platforms. Next steps pop ups allow people to see what’s most important on the site and forms are very easy to users to complete

Cons:

Unable to use giving feature as we are based in Australia. Would love to have the prayer wall available for people to view without having to sign in or create a Nucleus account

Makes quality web design (and more) achievable for churches

5.0 last year

Pros:

I love that Nucleus empowers churches with the tools they need to navigate the online/digital world. Their products are robust, but still user-friendly to people with less experience in changing technology. Their customer service is top-of-the-line, and they are transparent. [sensitive content hidden] and others are great at educating their customers about the industry and tips through their video series and podcast. You can tell they have a heart for the local church in all they do.

Cons:

Nucleus 2 is feature-rich, and it's constantly being updated (a good thing), but that makes it a little overwhelming to look at the scope of what's possible to do versus what we actually need to do. So it can be daunting to start out, but the help articles are very thorough.

Nucleus is the best Church Website platform!

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: One of the best experience with Nucleus has been the ability to create a form for people to respond & sign up for events, etc. We also like that it allowed us to create a one-stop site for people to connect with us and us with them.

Pros:

I like the way the end product looks: we have a functional website that is easy for people to navigate and find out the information they are looking for. The card-based design results in a very user-friendly and device-adaptable format. It is adaptable to almost any situation that we need to either post information or to gather responses. Nucleus is easy to learn to use, and the customer support is fantastic. They are always right there to help us solve a technical issue. We are charter 'members', and have loved it from Day 1.

Cons:

I don't like that I can't use the Sermon Engine (Library) locations as the link to a Sermon Page/Card - I have to store the audio file off site, copy/paste that URL, etc. Since Sermon Engine is a direct upload of the audio file, why can't it be the source on a Sermon Card. When I post the weekly sermon, it involves creating 3 different web pages: the storage website, the Nucleus Sermon Card, and the Nucleus Sermon Engine. Watching for better integration in the future.

Game Changer!

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: Since getting on board with Nucleus, our web presence has improved and we have the best information available for guests and members.

Pros:

What I love about this software is that it has been developed by people who want to provide a clear and simple way for those who are a part of my congregation to take next steps. It's very easy to use and our guests always talk about how easy it is to find what they are looking for on our website. We are so thankful for the ProChurch Tools team!

Cons:

There really isn't anything that I like least about it. The team is intuned with how to make improvements each update is amazing.

Nucleus

5.0 5 years ago

Pros:

Nucleus is so easy to use. We’re a medium sized UK church with a small staff team - most of our staff work for our furniture project, and are not directly involved in working for the church - so all things communications and website is down to me (along with a host of other things unrelated to this!). I found Wordpress a fairly steep learning curve, not having been involved in the creation of our site. Migrating to Nucleus has been so simple and easy. Best communications decision we’ve made yet.

Cons:

Limitations on design and customisation - it’s not bad, it’s just very simple and quite static. I know they argue that ‘originality’ is overrated, and they certainly know what they’re talking about, but I never get that moment of opening our site and thinking ‘wow. I love how this looks’. Functionality is great, ease of use is great, but the thing I like least is the limitations on customisation.

Definitely the best online church central hub on the market right now.

5.0 5 years ago

Pros:

I like how frequently the team Nucleus releases updates. They really listen to their customers and give us the functions that we really need. I like being able to do church 24/7 everyday. Everyday, we'll receive notifications of our congregation taking different kinds of next steps online such as signing up for a small group, giving offering, registering for an event, or even simply contacting us for all kinds of requests. It's also very user-friendly from both admin perspective and end-user perspectives. We find it very easy to set up and running; our church members also find it very easy to navigate around too.

Cons:

I wish they could offer 24 hour support or at least support on Sundays.

Great for Next Steps

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: The Nucleus Team is very helpful and has continued to add value to the product. It now includes the sermon engine, nucleus media, and nucleus social.

Pros:

Nucleus is great at encouraging next steps. We are regularly finding new ways to get people engaged with their faith and our church using Nucleus.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an integration with Church Community Builder and MailerLite. RebelGive looks promising but doesn’t yet play as well as possible with our accounting software.

Saves me time & is easy to use

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: I needed to get a webpage up and running quickly and don't know much about designing webpages. Nucleus was intuitive. I created pages and subpages and was up and running in no time. Now, over 15 months later, I have a lot of pages designed--some active, some not. I just wish I could create folders for them and organize them as I want them.

Pros:

Ease of use--you don't have to know a lot about designing a webpage.

Cons:

-Lack of being able to organize the pages into categories and order that I want (on the administrative side) -Cost

Easy.

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: The best part of Nucleus is that it is starting to move our needed info, our sign-ups, our resources, to our site. Because it's so easy to change quickly, I have often been able to put together a clean and beautiful page at the 11th hour.

Pros:

This is crazy easy for anyone to design their website. Content is important, but design, imo, might be more important because good design gets people to your content. Very easy for anyone to go in an edit or change around. Can do advanced widgets easily. Best part - the customer service and help is on point. They are not just prompt and helpful, they can be downright hilarious which turns around a frustrating moment. Customer service that is hilarious? Yup. It's a win.

Cons:

I don't like that I cannot geo-tag preventing me to go into some advanced SEO tactics. I don't like that the mobile site utilizes swipe rather than scroll. I wish we could pick.

Nucleus Is The Best

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: Nucleus has been a great product for us thus far, however we are going to be adding a traditional website as our front-facing page and switching Nuclues to our “insider” portal.

Pros:

It literally took me 14hrs to implement. Start to finish. We made the switch from a bulky Wordpress site last year and the process was nearly painless. Planning Center integration is amazing as well.

Cons:

As a feature of the simplicity, it is difficult to fully customize each aspect of your site. Not super friendly for those unfamiliar with CSS coding.
