> **Pros**: WaterTrax has a clean interface that makes it easy to select what data you want to pull quickly\! The data output was clean and I was able to export it as an excel file or PDF and it gave me the option to include a graph as a second page. I worked with Watertrax for about 7 years and I had no complaints. It was thorough in that it would send e-mails notifying me of any outlier data or data uploads that didn't go through and which lines were omitted. The look of the query s/reports were clean and needed little to no clean-up or editing. I could send a data report or graph to anyone from any department with no hesitations. Also, their support team was based in Canada but they were always responsive to my issues  via e-mail and phone. All of their staff were very courteous, patient and professional.

> **Cons**: Scheduling feature didn't work for us at the time because of the way the lab logged the samples.

> I thought it was a phenomenal product that allowed me to design my reports easily or create templates from them. I loved the way the data output looked, it was easy to understand/follow and they were able to graph the data immediately. I could also customize the graph more just by exporting the data as an excel file. I forgot to mention they had a mapping function that had clean output of data on a map which was critical for operations and seeing where we were experiencing issues and troubleshooting what the cause was. Five stars.
