I must rave about the help desk people who are fast and courteous and go out of their way to help and guide me. And the on-line help modules that walk you step by step and are easy to search.
Pros:
The ease of use and the way the modules interface. I feel it is user friendly and can't wait to explore more modules as we grow with Avanti.
Cons:
That i have yet to experience the full capacity - still new at it. I have only been using Avanti for 1.5 years and we are just about to transition to more paperless features. Excited to learn more.

I have been using Avanti over 10 years. Avanti client care help me to fix all issues. They are my friends and partners. Avanti system is like my friend that I know her. Avanti is like my home that I can decorate.
Pros:
I like Avanti as it makes me feel like it my payroll software. I can set up stat holiday rules, OT rules, premium rules and other rules. I can build my own reports and I love the pre-built reports also. Avanti provides real time data like entitlements, maintain time data, I can validate my entries right after. Avanti is like my friend that I know her. it's like my home that I can decorate.
Cons:
The pre-built net pay comparison report can't tell why the employees don't get pay as lack of job status. The report designer can't compare 2 pay periods net pay in 2 columns.

I've been using the program since we introduced it in 2016 at our company. The amount of improvements and advancements to keep up with our company demands have always been met in a timely manner.
Pros:
Very easy to navigate and intuitive platform. Updates and communication are always clear and timely. Managing employee information and payroll is much quicker and easier with this application system. Now moving over to the cloud with access was a great improvement. I recommend!
Cons:
I don't have any issues that I need to comment on.

Avanti has been a tremendous software program for our needs.
Pros:
Avanti has been our software for 15 years and has been a great product. Avanti has a great support team should you run into any issues.
Cons:
I can't think of anything that I did not like
