It’s made it much easier to see where each job is at and stay on top of tasks across the team. The opportunity tracking and invoicing features are especially useful for our workflow.

> **Cons**: Some areas of the interface can take a bit of time to get used to, and certain features aren’t always obvious when you first start using the platform. It would be helpful if a few workflows were a bit more streamlined or had clearer setup options.

> Overall our experience with Factor AE has been very positive. It has helped us keep projects organized, track proposals and billing, and manage our workflow more efficiently. Once everything is set up, it becomes a really useful tool for keeping the whole team on the same page and managing multiple projects at once.
