> **Pros**: Simple to use. Very affordable for all the different ad targeting features it provides. The pre-made ad templates are cool; makes it easy to quickly create lots of high-quality ads. Customer service is fine, though we don't contact them much because it's all pretty self-explanatory.

> **Cons**: Can't run CTV  or video ad campaigns on the platform yet.

> **Cons**: The exorbitant subscription fee which is billed regardless of any ads you have running.

> Read the fine print the charges for $149 a month are billed regardless if you have any active campaigns. I asked why for months I was continuing to be charged and was told I didn't have any ads running. Then after months of being charged the "subscription" fee I was told that I could turn off the subscription and not get charged the $149. Oh really? So that would have been nice to know months ago\!
