Also... not sure about their quality control, but they sell products that are broken and then ignore your requests to find out when they'll be fixed. > > I signed up for their Agentic Summit, and even paid for VIP access and an Upsell of "You just got 15 Claude skills and 7 custom GPTs built for how modern marketers work." The summit was 20% useful, 80% sales pitch by bro marketers. But still, the tool was interesting. I went to install the 15 Claude skills I paid for....and more than half of them were broken. All displayed the error field 'description' in SKILL.md must be at most 1024 characters. Not sure someone on their team checked them out before pasted them into an Upsell PDF. So, of course I emailed Search Atlas with a polite email. I even told them which 8 Claude Skills were broken, and asked when they'd be fixed. Guess who has an email address they don't monitor or reply to? SEARCH ATLAS. So, I reached out to the AI Chat, which obviously couldn't help me....and 45 minutes later, I spoke with \[sensitive content hidden\] . He said he'd investigate it. Days later, all I get are autoresponder replies like, "I will check on that and be right back with you\!" I ended up speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] . After 24, and 0 apologies later --their solution? "You can manually edit the description field in each broken SKILL.md file to shorten it, anything under 1024 chars will make the skill load immediately. " Which I can't do despite multiple efforts. 0 apologies for the inconvenience or understanding my frustration. Customer service is not there. This is so frustrating that I immediately went to write a negative review, which I rarely do. But, I think others should be aware since the cost of this software is expensive, and if you can't get help with minor issues... will you get help with critical ones? As an SEO pro, I was tempted to get a subscription, but after this terrible experience, hard pass.
