> **Pros**: I love how Balloon helps gather authentic insights without introducing bias. Too many meetings have power dynamics that aren't useful, and the introvert may hold back their input out of respect, but Balloon overcomes all of that.  It's most effective at sourcing honest feedback that is then aligned to by the participating group... less politics and awkward dynamics. Balloon helps before meetings, during meetings, and after meetings... AARs, Retrospectives, Team Huddles, Creative workshops...etc.

> **Cons**: I think the platform will get there, but more integration into other enterprise work management/collaboration softwares would be useful.

> **Pros**: I love how quick and easy it is to set up a flight - enabling efficient collection and reporting of unbiased feedback. Whether the goal is to surface insights that might not come up in a live conversation, or to save time by gathering ideas in a flight rather than holding a meeting, the tool is almost completely turnkey.

> **Cons**: It can be difficult to analyze results when conducting larger flights due to a high level of repetition in responses, or respondents not following instructions and placing one response per line. More integrated explicit instructions to ensure compliance with best practices would help make the results sharper.

> Great customer service and responsiveness, and a true openness and interest in feedback to continue improving the user experience.
