You're not forced into using all of them, so you can pick and choose the ones that best suit your business. The best part of that is that you can start by using it very simply and then gradually adopting the other features you'd like to use. It's a tool that gives you plenty of room to grow instead of immediately maxing it out and having to upgrade or switch tools. The customer support team is among the most responsive and dedicated that I've seen and they're a pleasure to work with. While there is a phone app, screen real estate is limited which means that some things can't be shown.
