Arrogant and has the audacity to state his long running tenure with the company and indirectly challenge customer to post reviews online coz it doesn't matter to him anyway. > > Extremely poor service overall. 1) 4 replacements in less than 2 months against booking 558860. Zero consideration for safety, lack of vehicle maintenance. 2) in so called 'compensation', the manager \[sensitive content hidden\] gave 1 day extra by calling on non registered number. 3) chat support agent \[sensitive content hidden\] then went on a defensive argument spree for almost an hour stating, then disc the chat\! 4) floor manager \[sensitive content hidden\] was the cherry on the top. He was arrogant and tried to deflect the problem by stating that since my wife is the driver, they will only talk to her (although the payment info, email ID and mobile number belong to me since I have booked on her behalf\!) So the previous day, another staff \[sensitive content hidden\] already called and convinced her with 1 day extra as 'compensation' for ALL that trouble\! Now \[sensitive content hidden\] says "I am here since 2016 and know how everything goes on here". Then his audacity to state that I can go ahead and post the experience online because 1 person doesn't matter to them. Sub standard service and and even poor approach to service retention. The company seems to be feel it is too big to fail now.
