> Horrible experience. They acquired Neat Commerce that I was using and put in very very fine print that there will be a charge of USD100 each month for using the service. I tried to login but it didnt work.
1. There is no customer support to reach out to, only contact sales.
2. The pricing is nowhere to be found on the website. Deceiving the customers.
3. The price is hidden so far into one of the footer links on like page 30 that it is impossible for any regular user to find it.
4. Having no access to the account while they deducted the charges, I finally got in touch with a support rep and after escalating it multiple times they refused a refund.
5. For a billion dollar company to cheat customers for few hundred dollars is a big no. They do not deserve anyones trust or money. Fortunately I only had five hundred dollars as balance which they finished otherwise I'm sure they would have found some way to just keep it all.
