Great Consolidation Software

Comments: A company that cares about helping your business achieve results and will assist you in the strategy and solutions to drive this.

Pros:

It enabled us to easily consolidate and enrich product data as well as manage orders from multiple systems across multiple countries and integrate this into our Salesforce Commerce Cloud website, as well a marketplaces such as the Iconic.

Cons:

Development was difficult if you did not invest in proper documentation or training.

Great product, really supportive team!

Comments: Great team! They know retail and they know their customers.

Pros:

Ease of integration, flexibility of channel management, technical knowledge of the team.

Cons:

The usual issues with any tech - eases issues in some places, adds another failure point to triage and potential downtime. Small price to pay for the channel opportunities!

Pros:

COMESTRI as a solution that solved many challenges for the Online business from Data enrichment, Product information management, channel & marketplace integration and order orchestration. The integration team worked with us to deliver the project on time and budget

Cons:

Reporting and analytics is on the roadmap and being enhanced but this is something that could be improved.
