I also like how varied the media contacts database is and that I have access to international news desks and journos as well as Irish ones. I will search a name in the search bar and it won’t show up immediately, but then I search it a different day or via the browser extension on an article the journalist has written and it’ll show up. Also, sometimes the formatting when drafting press releases is tricky especially when I copy over from Microsoft word or other docs. The fonts will appear differently or spacing is slightly off, etc. > > Overall very happy with the service\!
